Parker is a sweet boy. Great with both dogs and cats. He’s a gentle loving soul. He spent his first year of life tied to a chain so heavy it left scars from rubbing against him. He came to us skin and bones to the pouts his hip bones created pressure sores
yet he’s the sweetest! He loves his foster family which includes cats, dogs and men and women.
