Shaggy was owner surrendered to the shelter because owner "had too many kids to care for him". He is a happy guy who loves everyone he meets. He is about 1.5 years old and 30 lbs. He is very outgoing and very playful! He is fully vetted and heartworm negative. He would do best with another dog to play with and a fenced yard to run in.
