Phoebe and her siblings were born weeks apart from two other litters of puppies whose owner didn't spay their Mama. She's very sociable, sweet, and just a happy puppy who loves all creatures great and small.
She is utd on vaccines, microchipped, has been dewormed, received flea treatment, and has her wellness exam scheduled for June 1.
