Noogie is a silly boy who is definitely one of our favorites in rescue! He is in foster with other puppies of similar age to ensure he is socialized. At 8 weeks he can be adopted. He is a happy floofball. He can be a tad shy and looks to his human for guidance in new situations. He is a character and a love bug. He loves dog. He is in foster with both dogs and cats and accustomed to both.
