Casper is an 8 year old maltipoo. He came into the shelter as a start and was having some back issues. They resolved with pain meds and it is beloved he probably jumped off something and tweaked it. For that reason he needs a home to really ensure he isn’t jumping off high furniture
he loves dogs and is very playful with them
