Cecelia is a teeny tiny girl with great big personality! She loves to make new friends and is an expert at zoomies!! Cecelia is 10 weeks old and 2 lbs. Her mom is only 8 lbs so we do not expect her to be very big. She has had her vaccines, is chipped, and we will cover her spay at one of our vets once she is bigger.
