Cooper is a happy Yorkie who loves all the attention! He is great with cats but prefers to have all the attention to himself when it comes to other dogs. He plays with his foster doggie siblings but can also bicker with them. He would love to have a family to dote solely on him. He is a young boy so has lots of energy still and would love a fenced yard to play in. He is working on potty training so need a home to continue that training.
