Cutest puppy EVER award goes to Emmit!!!! This little “Walmart parking lot” dog found his way to rescue.
He was born without a hip socket and was in a lot of pain. He had FHO surgery and is as good as new! Nothing is holding him back now! Great with people dogs and cats!!
