Missy, a JRT mix was owner surrender on 1/27/2022 and gave birth to her puppies that evening. She is an amazing Mama dog and clearly didn't need any help from her foster. She is housebroken, leash walks, knows "sit" and LOVES attention. Climbs in your lap and gives you kisses. She was in the same room as two cats (transported north) and was interested in them (and their food), but was not aggressive. She will be cat tested once her puppies are weaned and lived outside with quite a few other dogs, so is dog friendly when she's not protecting her puppies.
She is utd on age appropriate vaccines and dewormed. HW test was positive, so she will need to have treatment (rescue will cover cost) and spay after she weans. Missy is available for adoption after approximately 3/26/2022.
