Miss Scarlet is a gem! She is an equal amount of puppy happiness mixed with couch potato. She is puppy pad trained and learning confidence about exploring the outdoors in her new foster home. She is a tiny thing! Scarlett loves food, toys, and sleeping. As with any puppy at her age, she is going to need continued structure and potty-training. She would make a great addition to any home.
