Meet Tipsy!!!! This little lady was dumped in the middle of nowhere with her siblings. Thankfully one of our fosters stumbled upon her and took her in. Tipsy is an inquisitive loving soul, with gorgeous soulful eyes. She is smart and quick to learn. Tipsy is only 8 weeks old and is would quickly adopt to a home with dogs, cats or kids. Tipsy is vaccinated, chipped, and the rescue will cover her spay at one of our vets once she is old enough.
